mdg388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) a breach of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity; (c) use of software tools designed to provide an unfair advantage; or (d) any other conduct that mdg388 determines, in its sole discretion, to be prejudicial to the integrity of the platform or other players. In the event of a justified closure, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of any outstanding investigations will be returned to the verified payment method on record.
